    At Real Zari, we understand that sometimes plans change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and flexible, while also ensuring timely processing and dispatch of your orders.

✅ 1. Order Cancellation – Before Shipping

  • You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, or before it is shipped – whichever is earlier.
    To cancel, please email us at support realzari1472@gmail.com or WhatsApp us with your Order ID and reason for cancellation.
    If eligible, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method.

  • You cannot cancel your order if:
  • The order has already been shipped or dispatched
  • The item is custom-made or personalized
  • The cancellation request is raised after 12 hours of placing the order
  • Note: Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled. You may request a return after delivery as per our Return Policy.

  • If cancellation is approved, we will initiate a full refund within 3–7 working days to your original payment method.
  • Refund timelines depend on your bank or payment gateway.

  • We request customers to avoid placing COD orders unless confirmed.
  • Frequent cancellation of COD orders may result in blacklisting or blocking from future COD purchases.
  • If you wish to cancel a COD order, please inform us within 12 hours via email or WhatsApp.
