Eligibility for Return or Exchange

  • Reason for return
  • Clear photos of the product (if damaged/incorrect)
  • Approval: Our team will review the request and notify you if it is approved.
  • Pick-up/Shipping:
  • If approved, a return pickup will be arranged OR
  • You may need to self-ship the item (we’ll share address details)
  • Inspection & Confirmation: After we receive the item and complete quality checks, we will process the exchange or refund.

💸 Refund Policy

  • Refunds are issued only for eligible returns (as mentioned above)
  • Refunds will be credited via the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days
  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer or store credit
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the error was from our end

🔁 Exchange Policy

  • Exchange request raised within 7 days of delivery
